Right of withdrawal
Tell us your intention and the reason for making your return, you have 14 days from delivery of the goods. Your return request must be sent to the email address info@madamegioiahome.it . We will provide you with the address to which the goods packaged in their original packaging will be sent, at your expense. You will receive a voucher to spend at our store.
You may return any item on the site, unless otherwise indicated.
The products must be returned in perfect condition, unused or damaged, clean and in the original packaging.
Any product that is damaged, incomplete, or whose original packaging has been deteriorated, will not be refunded or replaced. If we have shipped the wrong item, we will bear the return costs. In this case, contact us as soon as possible to inform us of the incident and we will give you precise instructions.
As soon as we receive the returned item, we will confirm it by email and send you the voucher equal to its value.
We don't give money back.
Beyond 14 legal days from receipt of the goods, we do not accept returns.
If, however, you want to replace the item with the same product but of a different size, color or other, you can return it at your expense.
If there is a price difference, it will be paid by you; on the contrary, a voucher will be provided by us equal to the difference.
Delivery to Italy and the Islands – 2/4 working days
Product availability times and shipping processing times of 1/2 days must be added.
No refund of shipping costs will be granted in the event of delivery times taking longer than expected.
Upon delivery of the goods, the Customer must verify the integrity of the packages and the quantitative and qualitative correspondence with what is indicated in the accompanying document (DDT). Pursuant to art. 63 of the Consumer Code, any damage to the packaging/packaging of the Products must be immediately reported by affixing the writing " RESERVE FOR CONTROL OF GOODS FOR ... (indicate the reason)" on the delivery document received from the courier.
The wording " RESERVE " allows you to check the goods even at a later time since the courier by law does not allow you to open the package until it has been accepted.
It is understood that, once the delivery document has been signed without any dispute, any exception regarding the external characteristics of what has been delivered will be precluded.
If you notice these anomalies once the package has been opened, contact us within 3 days after delivery via email info@madamegioiahome.it
Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the chosen shipping method, the country, the weight and the total volume of the items purchased in order to ensure the most correct cost possible.
